For many years I believed I was simply “too sensitive,” & I tried to build a hard shell to protect my soft heart & delicate sensibilities. I now see that this innate openness is exactly what allows me to perceive others’ energy fields & receive clear direction & messages from the Divine.
When I learned energy healing & energetic boundaries, it felt like waking up as a brand new person, suddenly centered, grounded, & peaceful. For the first time, I learned what my own essence actually felt like, & began showing up in the world authentically, with purpose.
Without the interference of others’ energy, I was able to tune into my own inner voice. My spiritual gifts blossomed, giving me access to dimensions of life I didn't know existed. I watched in awe as synchronicities, soulmates, & aligned spiritual mentors entered my life.
I wouldn't trade a single moment of the pain I've experienced for the bliss that permeates my daily reality.
